summer thus far

let’s see…

it’s been a rather “unproductive” summer for me, meaning i haven’t been doing as many things as i had planned/hoped. by the time i graduated, i had so many things lined out and i was more than excited to fulfill my list.

unfortunately, it’s been disappointing lately; i’ve hardly committed to anything, and things have come up. i’m just NOW training to get my driver’s license (which, btw, i should be getting by the end of the month), and from thereon i should be permitted to have more of a social life.

buuut there is also the conflict of gas and money—i figured by now i’d have a job, but that’s not working out so well either…

i had orientation this past weekend, and that was really fun. i got to meet my roommate in person, as well as many other people. my hall was filled with introverts, so it was hard to really click with anyone besides the student volunteers, but regardless i enjoyed my time and am DEFINITELY looking forward to college life!
